Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free shipping on orders over $100. Flat rate $10 for orders under $100, $18 for express delivery.

Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1-7 business days after the items have been picked up by our delivery carrier.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  

 

  

Lost or damages

Coastal Statice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but the cost of lost or damaged items are covered by our carrier for up to $100. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@coastalstatice.com.au and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

100% Carbon neutral delivery

We are proudly working with Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service- Sendle and Australia Post in some cases. For every tonne of carbon dioxide Sendle releases into the air while delivering parcels, they cancel it out by supporting climate change combatting projects.
